Brilliant idea here from Cleveland, Ohio. They got various artists to paint fire hydrants as part of a project called 'Sparx in the City' and I think the results totally rock. I'd love to see more projects like this!
Sparx in the City is an organisation which sponsors downtown arts events with the aim of stimulating street life and economic activity.
